Befuddled about bacon

Befuddled about bacon

A Poem by Gill Fitzpatrick
"

A short pondering on the shape of bacon

"

Why is my bacon shaped that way?

It’s a quandary I ponder day upon day

It’s not shaped like its father, nor like its mother

Unless there’s a pig that is shaped like no other

I’m completely befuddled, it’s making me peaky

Heaven knows what will happen when I think about streaky!
