beans? Is it a starter, a main or even dessert? Or will it mop up behind you? Cleaning the plate, removing the
streaks Of egg yolk, bean juice, sausage
fat Will you eat all or leave all the
crusts? Abandoned on your plate, small
triangles What every your proclivity, use it,
abuse it The unsung hero of the breakfast is
