Bobby the bean is my new pet

I met him this morning, I’ll never forget

I love my new pet, but you’ll never meet him

Mum says he can’t stay, so he’s going to get eaten!

Very nice Gil. This is exactly up my street. This is the first of your poems I have read, but it won;t be the last.

Might I make a small suggestion? The last 2 lines don't really rhyme. Would this work better:

Bobby the bean is my new pet
I met him this morning, I’ll never forget
I love my new pet, but you’ll never meet him
Mum says he can’t stay, so I'm going to eat him!

I love visiting you.. your poems are full of meanings that many wouldn't understand, you could have invented a genre of passing through a vocabulary unknown. Many thank yous and more, Gill.
