Here we come

Here we come

A Poem by David McNeeley

Here we come
We are many
We are the few
All the children of the moon and sun

Though we be small alone
No man can stand
No man can stay
All we are as one

But amongst falls a disease of indecision and sad divisiveness
My people no longer trust each other
My people no longer love one another
Divided are we no longer one strong force of power endlessness

So who will stand for us?
Who's going to make us gather once more
Where is he or she who will stay our own contrasting squabbles?
I hope soon a leader will bring us together and one again soon we'll be
