![]() Promise LandA Poem by Benita-Staebell M - KindredPoet![]() Collaboration by Wordman and Kindred poet/ Benita Staebell McCartney Written Dec. 10,2014![]() On the mountain top looking at the valley below a fine whisper of snow covering the ground, A breeze blowing gently across my face the song amazing grace floods into my soul I reach out and touch the face of God. His word is in the clouds in the sunsets etched upon our hearts. his breath breathes life into everything that praises his name. Jesus you're the tears that fall from my face when a storm comes but your sunrises are a smiling blessing saying that the storms will soon pass. Standing on a mountain top looking at the valley below I can feel a fine mist of snow as it comes falling down. A cold breeze blowing across my face as I listen to the angels singing amazing grace I can feel his hand as it touches my face. A promise Land blessed with milk and honey over flowing fountain of fresh springs and babbling brooks we walk as brightness and his Lamp his light shineth within us and he leads us to his Promise land. Where we can live with no pain or sorrow and we know we have the promise of tomorrow in our promised land. Wearing a garment of praises always and not having a heavy sadness and not carrying a spirit of heaviness but always giving his Sacrifices of praises,
And never being clothed in Mourning but covered in his oil of joy speaking his Lovely, Lovely powerful name JESUS! Collaboration by Wordman and kindred poet/ Benita Staebell McCartney © 2014 Benita-Staebell M - KindredPoetAuthor's Note
