WINTERS WITHOUT SNOWA Poem by Poetry with GiftIt just doesn't snow over here, but we are much delighted with what nature presented to us
All paradise are heavenly so long the children glee.
Our long awaited winter's here; Oh feel its ticklish breeze, And at the earliest hours of dawn we listen for the breeze To sing to us a melody without a sure rhythm; Wooz..! woo..oz ooz..!! some unknown voices sing And sometimes when the sun is up these voices melt away. We love the cold that stings our feet yet keep our hearts so warm, We love that we get frozen feet and running noses still; You have to know, it never snows, we only become snows. © 2024 Poetry with Gift |
