FATE

FATE

A Poem by Poetry with Gift
"

It's all about the who, the whats and the whys of life.

"
The heads of many are crowned with grey
The spans of others are rather cursed,
It is for some to lose and others to gain,
Others freely Will, but some are forced
Does one who give also take away
Who maketh the poor and who maketh the rich?
Do some not deserve palaces to stay?
And must clean garmenst suffer a stitch.
A little boy crushed beneath a train
An helped all through the way,
A child born into paradise and fame,
Another welcomed by hell and pain
Are we the destined end of a game?
Who made it this way?

I wrote a similar poem recently. Who made it this way? Religion, philosophy and psychology have all struggled for a satisfactory explanation. The answer is the jury's still out. In fact, they all may be drunk.
