I Awoke in a Dream

-I awoke in a dream
-It was quite a fantastical dream
-Up in the sky I saw a sight
-A pale yellow sky holding up a sapphire sun
-I was standing in a forest by a trickling brook
-Tie-dyed colors swirling within the lazy tide
-The wind was blowing in a most an unusual way
-It sounded like jovial music and it made everything sway
-The birds sang backup from up above
-The other woodland creatures jammin’ along with the  beat
-This world felt so peaceful and full of love
-But suddenly it was over as fast as it came
-And I fell asleep again in the reality of life
