Under the light,
A shadow shines,
With the devil,
Many dine

Hungry for substance,
Hungry for love

He whispers great words of wisdom,
He guides you in the hardest of times,
He makes you feel better

For a moment

He tells you what you want to hear,
He plays on every fear

The devil smiles,
When you fail,
He smiles while your in jail

The devil laughs,
When you cry

And if you continue your ways

The devil will laugh,
When you die
