Realization

A Story by Ghane
"

People change as days past by. These changes may be positive or negative depending upon their past and struggle.

"

Calm down and close your eyes.

Numb your senses and take a deep breath.

The deepest you can think and while you let the air go out, let all your thoughts flow out like water from a dam.

Then think,

Think harder about your past.

Think and ask yourself some questions!

Where am I now? Where do I belong? Who was I before? And do you regret something? What do you wanna change?

I am at the present. I belong in this present. I was a man crying over the past and that is what I regret the most. But if I make a list of my regrets over this life, it won't stop. It will stack on and on. And I want to change the negative vibes and natural power surrounding me.

When I close my eyes, I think... Think harder about those days which I prefer to call fruitful days even if they were dark. It taught me to change and live for myself rather than the past. If I'm in front of a mirror, I could see a person without any texture or colour. Its like a horror movie where that colourless me wants to gobble me up and fill me up with regrets. But I know I'm not him, I'm not the weak person that it knew before. I've realized that this creature is filled with small tensions and regrets that I would have had cried over time to time in the past.
