     Heart and mind wounded;

     trying so hard to survive

     in his strange new world.

Author's Note

Geralyn Miller
A young man I love; a member of my chosen heart family is in such pain post four tours in Afghanistan and two in Iraq. All I can do is listen when he needs to talk.
