MindstormA Poem by Geralyn MillerA crack in the ceiling, like jagged lightning, emotions thunder in my heart; tears pour down like monsoon rain.
Sometimes I miss you so damn much, the agony in my heart overwhelms me.
I miss your soft drawl, your sweet, sexy smile, I miss the feel of your raven hair, curling 'round my fingers, the glint of your sapphire eyes, watching me beside you. Most of all, I miss your touch, every moment of my life.
Too long you have been in your grave and I have walked alone, forever missing you.
Eventually, the flood of tears abates; and I drift to sleep and dreams of you.
