Disguised

Disguised

A Poem by Geralyn Miller
"

WOTD #60

"

      Misty morning light,

    draped in diaphonus fog

       Hides the ugliness.

     Trash strewn empty lots

on the seedy side of town

        Look almost festive.

         Dawn works miracles,

     sparkles on the dewy mist,

     shrouds the rundown world.

brilliant..love the way each one supports and flows into the other..the images created with such few words are powerful indeed

first and foremost I love the duality of images~ exceptional balance ~ and I love the offering here of how it all really depends on perspective~ =)~

Your words are so true, nature can make what people make ugly into moments of profound beauty. Awesome write!
