Drowning

Drowning

A Poem by GeorgiaR

I'm drowning,
I am in an ocean.
The seaweed is wrapped around my feet and pulling me down,
to depths I didn't know existed. And you,
You have a boat.
It's not a big boat, but's its a two man boat.
It's got ores, and blankets and a flare gun.
But, you tell me to swim.
But, I can't swim.
You were always tell me to do things I could never do, and
now you have a a two man boat,
with room for two people.
But, it only fits you, and your ego.
I'm drowning.
I am floating at the depths of the ocean.
