I Don't Believe in Soulmates

I Don't Believe in Soulmates

A Poem by Georgia Ivy
"

I get soft sometimes

"
Day to day life feels cheap without you by my side
I think of temporary ways to cure this emptiness
but none come to mind
Between school and work life has become this certain hell
Do you want to know a secret?
Sometimes my soul escapes my body
and just leaves it running
like some sort of shell
My soul makes it's way to your window,
so pretty as you sleep
I wonder what goes on in your silly head
we should trade soul sometimes
so you can let me see
