Enjoying the Ride

Enjoying the Ride

A Poem by Georgia Ivy
"

I want to marry him lol

"
There's only you. After, there will be no next
I want to feel your morning dew and those soft warm pecks
I want to feel the wedding white pressed against my bust
A celebration of the day, the night leading to lust
I want to feel the warm sand of Italy, as I look over and lock eyes with you
Can't afford Italy? That's okay because everyday you're my honeymoon
Living together in caves I'd want to gather and hunt with you
If you were witch in Medieval Europe they'd have to burn me at the stake too!
I want to take our last names and tie them in a bow
So our love will never be hidden, everyone will know
I want to rep yours because you're such a trendsetter
Saw it for the first time, now I have 6 favorite letters
Which house should we buy?
Do you want to stay in the city or by the countryside?
I'll go anywhere with you, breeze in my hair
Enjoying the ride
I say we run away and escape this evil world,
start a new population somewhere and destroying the old ideals
like what makes a boy and what makes a girl
We'll run around naked, free to spin around and twirl
And I'll glance at my fourth finger, you know me so well instead of a diamond
you got me a pearl.

Another really unique poem. I am really enjoying you Georgia Ivy. Thank you for sharing. Not boring in the least, it starts one way- Fanciful and dreamy then turns primal and deep into true love. Bravo!
