Parable CEO

A business executive, the CEO if his own company, had two sons. He told his youngest son who had won the hearts of the entire company the board included he wanted to retire and his wife would be around to assist him with anything he needed. But he was not very good at company intrigue and not nearly as experienced as his older brother who had been promised the CEO job on Europe and America, actually the rest of the world and a small but prestigious company there at home.

The younger one decided to retire early and just take it easy and enjoy his fame and wealth the rest of his life. So he told his older brother that he could have the entire earth and the home area as well. Needless to say the older brother who had waited a very long time to be made CEO was exuberant. He held a big party to celebrate his good fortune all he had wanted but even more his father's place in the company the young son had swept away from all their competitors throughout the entire world.

“Son,” the father told him. “Your brother is good but he cannot run the world as well as the home territories by himself. I want you to go to him and tell him I am taking the world away from him though he will be my top executive in the world and he can continue to run his company in the town I founded it all in.”

The younger son knew what his father had said was true. He decided not to have a long drawn out fight with his big brother but to address the new companies and explain that he and his father were very much the same and that he wanted to go on to other things and urged them to follow his father.

The older son almost die. He had given up on life. Everyone but the younger brother was grieving for him when he went to him there on his death bed and explained that the only reason he had to live was to show everyone in the world that even when there is nothing to live for love was still with him and he loved everyone and everyone loved him. He rallied and because he rallied the father gave it all that the young son had promised him.

But the young son fell in love with a girl and though he took advantage of her managed to keep her in the company and his sex partner for they thought they were in love. She had been playing games with him and he told her to leave the company and she refused. So he tried to woo her into it as he would when he was a younger man even yet. She still refused so he tried to show her his real age and how a romance between them was not practical. She still refused. There was nothing left to do the way he saw it. He scared her so badly she was taken to a mental hospital and screamed for 18 hours straight.

The father seeing his youngest son had done evil set him up with an even more lucrative position in a company that he would built from the ground up. The fix was in. The young son was thrilled and announced to his older brother that everything wasn't just his technically anymore but that he was leaving to start a brand new venture. The elder son was thrilled again and was encouraged when the younger son told him the father had thought he couldn't handle it but that he had done such a bang up job he was now certain he could.

The new enterprise did not exist. The younger son made all the plans and even made plans to make great changes as had he come up with plans for a novel universe. Then the father announced he was quitting right away and that his wife was too. There would be only him in the new venture and his older brother running the actual company. Then they just quit right there and then.

When the youngest son set to work on the new venture he not only found it did not exist on any level and the entire thing had been just a sham. The new venture could not exist. There was no market for it products and there never would be.

He went to his big brother to ask for a job and was turned down for what he had done to the young woman.

Eventually he stopped the young woman from screaming and even took the memory of having screamed so long and even being frightened and ever having been so scared so long from her. So he undid any of the ramifications of what he did and made it right to the young woman who loves him now and restored his brother's trust in him who convinced their father to come back and help run the global business.
