Kitty

Out of the raging dark and pouring night
Comes the beat of giant wings in flight
A shrieking gale ‘cross the tumbled moor
Slams wide my simple cottage door

The time has come, as I knew it would
To return to me my changeling brood
And with a ‘Kitty this’ and ‘Kitty that’
Oh, how I wish you’d been a cat

GeorgeE
I couldn't think of anything to add to this. So I guess it must be complete.
