All it takes is one tug from an intruder, and all life is drained from that existence. It's sad to think of how much a flower goes through to reach that pivotal moment, to no longer flourish in the everyday warmth of the sun. The passing wind does not intrude, yet it teaches it how to bend to prevent it from breaking. I photograph the flowers in my garden all the time, and love to see the day to day process of change. It really is a miracle, you know!
