Eternity

Flowers don't last forever
They shrivel and they die
Snowflakes will soon melt
Good feelings fade away
Everything lasts
As long as it takes
And then it's put away
For another day
But one thing I know will last
The way my heart beats for you
And when my heart is gone
The feeling won't be too
Because somethings are meant to last
For eternity
