Missing You

Missing You

A Poem by Genevive

All the little, yet, significant parts

that make the whole of you,

are held in my aching heart

until I see you next.

I will wait a lifetime,

so long as you promise

to come back to me.

Your prose is simplistic in its extreme, and because of that it's beautifully skilled

I won't say a word to this one... too many hold that promise.
