Into The Fog

A new Character in my vampire story.

 Calleas walks into the fog.  Dragging his feet into the forest.  He struggles to catch his breath.  His skin blends in with the fog and he bends over.   He takes deeper breaths that don’t seem to satisfy him.

 

Calleas looks up and sees a glimmer of light in the distance.  She slowly appears amongst all the fog.  Her hair flows just over her face.  She is beautiful, her name is Acilia, she holds up the small lantern.  Her smile is warm and she holds out her hand.  Calleas reaches and the moment they touch they fade away into the fog.

**NOTE** Ok, so thank you to workn4dman over at thisisby.us for his Inked Challenge. Your image has inspired me to write more to my short little series. Again for those of you not in the know, these stories are written in a 100 word format. It is an exercise for me that I would like to continue using.
