Grace lies in her bed covered in her blankets and the room is nice and toasty due to the fire in the fireplace. Jeremy sits at her bedside watching over her. She looks just as peaceful as she did the first time he saw her. Her damp hair slides down covering her face.
Jeremy gently brushes her hair back. He can smell the sweet scent of the flowers that still lingers. He rests his head close to hers; to be near her was like heaven.
The windows clatter and then Grace awakens. Nothing but a flower remains at her bedside.
