When He Saw Her

The first short chapter in this story that was spawned from a Flash Fiction Challenge

 He stares off in to the crowded abyss that is the party of the year. Wave after wave of bodies rush past him.

The only thing he notices is her. That smile drives him to her. 

His desire grows even stronger with every step closer he gets to her. She looks in to his eyes and he knows that she wants him too. He kisses her with passion and then he opens his eyes. The room is now cold, dark and damp and she lies there frozen and blue smiling up at him. He stumbles off in to the darkness.

I like the description you give us. I am not used to reading a chapter that is short but I liked this. It held my attention, not an easy thing to do.
