i feel all exposed this feels so wrong!

She walks along hiding her arms firmly across

Her close friends of which she's always the boss

 

Today shes experimenting whats it like to be free

To not really care about who will see

Its for her own good though, deep down she knows that

Though she'd still prefer to be out in a scarf and a hat

 

She's getting adventurous now, just wait and see

her skirts hardly visible, so far from her knee

She's out to play soon tho and then you will see

How shes better than all of you and braver than me

And clearly no longer the little girl from cov-en-try
