What is it, really?A Poem by EvansSomething I ask myself alot
Where have you been, all this time
Life never forgives you, that sin in your arms I can't hold it so you can rest, you have to fight to stay Why are you sobbing now, child What did I say so wrong to your ears? It's life that you will bow to Don't cling on for too long my body isn't here to hold Your tears are warm to my fate body Why are you still crying after all this time? Death will not wait any longer Gates can't be chained open Angels are praised, and light is another life Don't wait for me there I'll never come to your side I'm sorry this farewell isn't what you wished, but this is the best this shadow body can bo © 2017 EvansAuthor's Note
