A Poem by Gee
"

What more to wish than to be loved

"
When my husk dries and bones yellow
a lichen covered stone will proclaim,
to those that stop to read,
that the man who was and is no more
was a father, husband, son, brother, uncle.
But more, so much more, he was loved...

Hope you are well also.
Succinct, to the point, makes sense and a hint more of us should follow.
Come to think of it, maybe i should forego the last bit of me saying it, which goes a little like this. "i love you..... Almost as much as cheesecake!" 😊
Hope you and yours are well Gee.

Yeahhhhhh, more rain:)
Gee!
Love the concept!
If I may? I think the tense should be "future"... "When my husk dries and bones yellow"...
and Things are "that," people are "who," "those who" and "the man who..."
