Grief
The pen, the page, they welcome you the heart though not at all, as misery's your companion each time you come to call, though misery, or so it seems does with our muse sit well, gives clarity to train of thought as words our heartache tell, to those that too have loved and lost have buried, mourned and cried, and too have stained the pristine white when cherished ones have died. © 2021 GeeAuthor's Note
