The Beatles With Love

The Beatles With Love

A Poem by Devons
"

(co-written by Truly Ross-Wisehart) Love by Beatles titles

"
All my loving, eight days a week
Money, two of us, the end
Come together helter skelter
Drive my car, the long and winding road
Day tripper, ticket to ride -
With a little help from my friends
I feel fine.

I wanna hold your hand
Get back across the universe.
If I fell in my life
From me to you, we can work it out
I am the walrus, the fool on the hill
Nowhere man, tax man, something -
Revolution, help!

While my guitar gently weeps,
Yesterday can't buy me love.
She's leaving home, she said she said
Hello, goodbye, it's all too much.
Oh! darling, tomorrow never knows.
Carry that weight, let it be -
I will.

She came in through the bathroom window,
I saw her standing there
Here comes the sun and I love her
Please please me, love me do.
Good day sunshine, honey pie,
All you need is love
...Don't let me down.

Wow this is amazing and ironic to me on a personal level. I had this very same concept in my mind, but never put it down on paper. Perhaps someday I will do my own rendition, but my mindset is in a very distant place right now. Kudos to you, you've done it wonderfully and executed it to perfection. Well done, thank you for sharing. 100/100

This is nicely done. It's impressive how you managed to make the titles work together to express your view. "With a little help..." grabbed me, but that's a bias because I'm a huge fan of the song. "I wanna hold your hand
Get back across the universe." are my favorite lines.

Lol, another great song title poem compilation my friend. I mean who doesn't love, or at least appreciate the, Beatles for their impact in music?

Great stuff.

I think that its simply fabulous how you turned the titles of Beatles songs into a poem. It is amazing how, when put in the proper arrangement, they tell a story. This is a lovely tribute to the Beatles. I am, simply, in awe that you were able to see this. Incredible!

... "pools of sorrow ... waves of joy ... are drifting through my open mind ... possessing and caressing me" ... "ah ... look at all those lonely people" ... beatlemaniacs ... "please believe me" ... "please listen" ... "the world is at your command" ... both you amazing poets who wrote this ... because this is just fantastic work! ... it's so trippy ... "i'm back in USSR" ... under "marmalade skies" ... :) ...
