Drink Til She's Pretty

Drink Til She's Pretty

A Poem by Gaston

drink till I'm blind
drink till I'm witty
drink till she's mine

drink till I'm better
drink till I'm fine
drink till I'm dead
having a hell of a time

don't you dare judge me
don't call me a fool
I'd stand up for myself
but I might lose my stool

oh, drink till she's pretty
drink till I'm blind
drink till I'm witty
drink till she's mine

find me a bar
on old bourbon street
find me a woman
that's pretty and sweet

buy me a drink
I'll be your best friend
buy me one more
and I'll gladly tuck in

Oh, drink till she's pretty
drink till I'm blind
drink till I'm witty
drink till she's mine
