Pain

Everyday I wear a mask and no one ever notice it

To everyone all they see is a jovial me, but everything is shattered

What will you do if you can't breathe the air that you are breathing anymore?

I am standing where my feet doesn't bring me to nowhere

It's just pinned in the same place

I can't move...

I tried to move my right foot, but it's too heavy and something dragged it back to the same place where it was

So, I sat down and looked at the beautiful ocean

It's perfect, just looking at it made me happy... even just for a moment

I stood up and started walking

I can finally move!

The sand felt so good on my feet

The sound of the waves of the ocean were like a melody to my ears

I started swimming and I loved it so much

I don't want that feeling to end,

But something was pulling me down

I tried to fight it...

I couldn't..

Then I started drowning....

All I heard was silence...

Then, everything just stopped

Its interesting but not enough detail, I think. What is it like behind the mask? Lonely? Safe? Depressing? What is it like to be stuck? What is like to drown? It really does paint an intriguing picture, so much so, that I want more of it. More emotion, more connection, more words.
