War

Turmoil within your own thoughts.

theres a war that goes on in my head,

a war that is never ending,

i fight a tiresome fight,

is there an end to this suffering?

or is this just the beginning of a hell?

day by day i walk a path of undying pain,

will the pain ever ease, 

will this war ever be won,

or is it another loss to my sanity,

this war eats me on the inside,

decaying everything,

leaving everything in ruins,

will i ever be at peace?

or is this childish wishing,

my will to keep fighting grows weary,

i cant fathom these thoughts, 

i cant bare these feelings,

is this the end?

am i losing a battle that was useless from the start?
