This is so intensely real, it's satisfyingly good! It's been in my reading library a while (I've been sketchy at the cafe this year) so it's probably not meant as a Halloween piece, but it's fitting in that way, too. Sometimes you don't need to make stuff up to find a spooky Halloween theme. Many lives are so dismal, it's many times worse than the made-up storylines! Your words are so bluntly honest, this just hammers it home with steady rhythm & rhyme, like a funeral march (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie

Took about 10 minutes to do as I wrote it at work waiting for the canteen to clear so I could clean it. Like you I haven't been in the cafe as we keep getting virus's every time I post stuff. But saying that I do have a Halloween poem I might post.

It hasn't happened since I last got "banned" (spammed) . . . about a month ago. It's more peaceful without that constant hammering of virus attacks!
sounds a tad grim but I enjoyed all the rhyming
wonder who paid for the funeral
