A Big Mistake

A Big Mistake

A Poem by George David Hope

                                                                           A BIG MISTAKE
One crisp winters morning
I took my dog out for a walk
He really needed a wee wee
It's just like he could talk
Throwing a stick and a ball
We were happy as we did play
Then from out of some bushes
A westie came our way
I could hear a woman's voice
Screaming frantically for her hound
Smiling when she saw it
Happy it was found
"Jasper you are a naughty dog
Now don't do that again
I'm sorry about my pooch
He really is a pain"
This woman was a stunner
Late 20's I would guess
All wrapped in a leather coat
And a lovely flowered dress
I couldn't help but notice
The dress was rather thin
Underneath was a lacy bra
There was more out than was in
Her legs went on forever
All toned from trips to the gym
I couldn't help but envy her hubby
Lucky lucky him
She said her name was Natalie
So I did tell her mine
While our dogs sniffed each others butts
We seemed to get on fine
She then asked a funny question
One you hear only in a dream
She asked if I was good in the bedroom
I could hardly hold back a scream
"Well yes I must say I am
I've never had one complaint
I think I know what I'm, doing"
She then went shy and quaint
"If you have time please say you do
Could you pop along to mine
I can show you to my bedroom"
I thought "You lucky swine"
"You see I have a problem
My hubby can't get it up"
I looked at my dog all excited
We were both a happy pup
"I'll just take my doggy home
Give me your address and I'll be right round"
I rushed her home by her leash
Her paws didn't touch the ground
I rushed up stairs to smarten up
Well for a girl like her you must
Hoping soon to be playing
With her ample bust
I brushed my chin and shaved my teeth
Boy I was a nervous wreck
I hoped my wife didn't find out
She'd be sure to wring my neck
I put the address in my sat nav
Soon turned up outside her house
I drove like a boy racer
My fire eager to douse
As I got out I spied her
At a bedroom window she did stand
"Come on up it's open"
This day had turned out better that I had planned
My heart was beating in my chest
Looking forwards to some action
Getting down with someone half my age
I could end up in traction
I rushed upstairs undoing my belt
My pants falling to my knees
I burst in all horny
This woman I was eager to please
Into her arms I darted
But she pushed me away
She looked all shocked and puzzled
"What is it I did say?"
"Just what do you think you're doing?
What kind of a man are you?"
I stood there in my boxers
I didn't have a clue
"I thought this is what you wanted
You were so eager on the field
You said you wanted me to get it up
Why now put up a shield?"
Then she started laughing
"I meant some DIY"
She pointed at some flat pack boxes
And I began to cry
