This is basically the intro to my insanity that is this book.

I am Xavier Fox, or it is how you will know me in this book/Biography, the intention i have for this is to unleash the beast that lurks inside me, and all it can do is talk...

So i'm going to let it speak on this book.

A few things to note.

1: DO NOT READ THIS IF YOU ARE WEAK TO THE STOMACH OR GET SCARED EASY.

2: If you have depression, i don't think this will help.

3: I get really personal on this.

4: I am 100% honest on these, except for the names for obvious reasons.
