Scary MoviesA Poem by Douglas Levi GribbinsA bit of a horror/imagery type of writing im doingI walk around this place with a bloody mace I chase, whatever i see in the mirror, it's always a race. Sometimes i gaze into space , cause each reflection has a different face expression Walk into my states, im in a state of insanity, it's not the best i step into lest, see a skeleton, smoking a ciggarette, Black bones, my hands are wet And i'm holding two mirrors up to my face, both of them aren't looking my direction One expects perfection, the other just sits and fights through time, another sector of sections. The first one is willing to fight for his talents, the other has to stand on all fours to keep balance. One beats the competition with iron mallets, the other is getting beaten the mallets and a pallet! All of a sudden they look my way, Both eyes, blank. A face of blood and face of hope, My mind sank. All of a sudden i saw pupils in eyes, Uncovered from emotional disguise. Suddenly both of these guys, said the same way, broke from looks of lies. I get choked by one of each hand, asking "Which one am i?"
