Life keeps goingA Poem by Max P. BrownYet again, these are some song lyrics I'd like to just put out there for the world to see.
In the deepest ocean
hiding from the sun. Or on the barren plains where the mustangs run. On the highest peaks seen through an eagle's eye, to the great Maine forests where the old pines lie. Our Earth's had some pretty tough times, But life keeps going on. A light breeze dances by a willow tree, while above, the birds fly proud and free. A wolf cries out to it's kin afar, raising it's eyes up to the stars. Our Earth has seen better days, But life keeps going strong. To this day our world preserves, but doesn't get what it deserves. It gave us life, but we pretend that there are no injuries to mend. We treat our world so wrong, But life keeps going on.
