Funny Little Things

A Poem by GalaxyGhost
"

We change for better or worse

"
Funny Little Things
Simple Funny Things
Of How We Change
In Every Way
Every Day.

Thank goodness do we change,
Physically or spiritually.
Who are we to blame
When one day we are happy
But some days sadder than necessary.
Do not blame me for my own change
As I have the courage to do without a
Reputation.

Happiness in my own change to
Mind my own business.
Changed to that and I'm free!
Free to fly without a care!
I'm happy for the people who change too,
For good or worse, we learn.

Simply beautiful. You do not know how much this write uplifted me. I love these lines above par.

"Who are we to blame
When one day we are happy
But some days sadder than necessary."

It takes immense courage to live in and accept "all that is". Amazing poem. I am glad I read it.

Thanks! I know change is sometimes viewed negatively, but I see good in it.

This is such a sweet one! Recently I have come to terms with the concept that only change is permanent and this holds it to be true. Either a blessing or a lesson.

Loved the positivity here :)

Thank you very much!
I totally agree with the message in this piece--change can be for the better or worst, but regardless of which one it is, we can learn from it (hopefully). I think you chose a very good title for this piece. Well done.

Thank you for reading!
Changing for the better is always welcome.
Nice lines:

"Happiness in my own change to
Mind my own business.
Changed to that and I'm free!"

Thank you!
It is funny how little things can have such a big impact on us. Even emotions, which are fleeting and oftentimes untrustworthy, can totally alter our perspective of a situation. I haven't read Gone with the Wind, but I just saw your review of Shadowine's "Again," so I understood the reputation part. :) Nicely done!
