A Poem by Gaia Octavia

It reeks of anonymity,
this place where everyone is free
to don the mask they choose to be
and let loose their timidity

But in this place no one can see
past all your curiosities,
it seems a fitting irony,
it's only here I'm truly me

I know the feeling lol.
Unusual rhyme scheme for you here. It kind of bashes you on the head. I like being bashed sometimes.

Ok cool. I've posted a ballad, a sonnet and something else, I can't remember lol
An interesting take on the internet. Though the discussion of what the internet is and is doing to the social fabric is constant, not often is the possible positive benefits for some individuals considered.
I would ask about the first line, was wreaks supposed to be reeks or if wreaks was the word meant, would then the removal of the word "of" be a consideration?
The flow is good, the structure breathes well, and the choice to keep it short, allows for the conversation to remain crisp.
