Tears of Nature.

Tears of Nature.

A Poem by SELF

The clouds weep and the earth rejoices
the earth swells and the plants rejoice.

The splendor of each distinct flower on the adorned carpets of our earth bears witness to the evident presence of nature's conscious Spirit.

When our bodies are buried six feet deep with worms and maggots as our companions, our essence will remain in those tear drops from laden clouds.
Our essence will remain in the green leaves situated beneath the branches of poetic trees.

And when those leaves fall to the rusty ground and are changed to dust-colored,
still,
our essence will Live on in the silence of the night.
