The voice of Mother Nature

The voice of Mother Nature

A Poem by SELF

Learning about oneself takes a great deal of unlearning
a great deal of introspection
a great deal of self- awareness
but this discovery of oneself is like a center with no circumference

A center that's bestowed in the trickling of the water
the soothing whispering trees
the cleansing warm breeze on a heavy day
A center that's eternally silent.

Her voice is full of Grace
She curves, turns, bleeds, weeps, and brings life
she's wet, dry, cool, and above all, ALIVE.
Her voice is ever silent, yet speaks just fine
She lies in the never ending chariots of the sun.
