Poem Day Restart Go!

I said that I'd write a poem a day

So, it would appear I have to think of things to say

But it's not as easy as it looks Ok

The words don't just hit me right away

So I have to sit, and think for a minute

Before I can make my web, and then spin it

And then maybe after a while something grand

Will get put down on paper, even if it wasn't planned

Because I never really know, what will come out

With all the crazy things, that I think about

And if I think and think then let the ink flow

There is no telling where this poem could go

I could write something about laser pirates out on the sea

Which would be really interesting, no matter how Farfetched it may be

Or something awesome, like a flying space dragon zombie monkey

That dances on the moon, because he love getting funky

Or I could go, and write something quite serious

Like, Lord of the Flies, or Life of Pi, you know, the stuff that makes you furious

But I don't really like stuff that makes anyone feel mad

Cus if I piss off my audience, that would be really bad

So instead I'll just write something interesting, not a story, not a play

How about a poem about, how I'd write a poem everyday????
