Colorful PeopleA Poem by Gabriel EdenDifferent voices have different colors Sounds and shaped unique to each pair of lips Each movement painting a perfectly blended illusion And each different pair of ears Hears it's own sounds Never knowing that each piece of music Each vibration Is an illusion And so we see and listen to this forever river of color and sound Never wondering about a solo and bigger picture I flew into the sky once And wailed For expecting to see a wondrous flow of each individual color I saw a sea of black Lost we have the ability for a perfectly unified illusion Too lost in our own masterpieces
