Fight The Addiction

Fight The Addiction

A Poem by GZ

It's funny how ages of happiness and plain pain,
turn out to be on a single straight lane.
There's no turn back,
once you start the addiction, it goes on fast.
Either it is alcohol, cuts or any kind of other crap,
I tried to tell everyone that.

But they don't listen,
they keep on doing it and ruin their own lives,
then complain about the world and the fights.
But no war is stopped 'cause babies cry,
no blood is spilled cause no one ever tries.

As in a dark wood, you may can't see the light,
if you can't climb a tree,
then head to east and right,
and you will get free.
