Reborn

Reborn

A Poem by GZ

Rest healed his wounds over the night,
surrounded him with thoughts of fights,
made him suddenly awake,
opened his eyes in a world of fake.

Lakes are dry and streets hard to find,
only dust is still moving around,
now he can see - how could he be blind,
the apocalypse is spread round.

All a sudden there's a green,
close to the north of his feet,
good and pure, no lust, no greed,
a world of horror is giving life,
to the opposite of it's darkest side.

Reborn,reborn is the world,
with it the human love,
with it the cold and frost,
the rain the lakes the boats.

Reborn,reborn is the sky,
once all red,now lightly at midnight,
so the lost can be find,
before the Death can get to smile.

Reborn,reborn is the man,
human specie from everywhere,
reborn,reborn the time,
from the dark age to the age of light.
