Life In ReverseA Poem by GZLet's imagine for a second, that the seconds would move back, let's imagine death first and birth at the end. Then, what is left, is a cold bed, empty but yet - not empty yet, that place in where - aye - was took the last breath. Regrets are no part of any good plan, but they happen to happen to all of us men, weather is people the problem or a problem with them. Family and dears at the table are set, ready, so ready, that there are no seats left, from hi to bye - wondering who will be the next dead. When time was decided then the marriage was there, death - 'till the death - 'till the very end, this is where - the new journey began. Knowledge was gained, a job found and money raised, but - aye - we want more - we want someone's grace. First time alone, sad, yet not sad, we want less and more, tears to the cheeks - crying for mommy to get home. Birth is here, after a half, and a half of half year, first time outside, so far yet so near. Before that night there was fear, there's waiting - after waiting: tears, joyful or not - aye - the scars were healed. Let's imagine for a second, that the seconds would move back, let's imagine death first and birth at the end. © 2014 GZ |
