You've been always thinking too much my dear

It's time to think about the little things that you cared not as much

I'd be happy to see you as happy as what you seem are

Not pretending, not just playing but someone that is caring

Caring enough to take care of oneself, yourself

You're one hell of a charm to hurt yourself

Stop with the thoughts of you getting hurt

Love yourself as the One Above loves you

Do not forget how capable you are

Remember, things are not always what they first appear to be

At the end of the day, it always ends with yourself

After spending most of my 64 years trying to please others, now not caring & just being my true self these days, here is what I've learned: People don't like people pleasers & they are more likely to like your true self even if there are rough edges that make them uncomfortable. In short, the most likeable version of you is the true one. And this is what, in your poem, you encourage people to identify. At this point in my life, I would say this is our most important mission in life. Everything else is meaningless, if we have not identified what really makes us tick & live accordingly!
