Mye and Myu (chapter 7)

Imbued momentum, the fire is on, preparations are near to completion. One more day before the tournament, Myu set his countermeasures on hand to be ready at the said location, date and specified game place. Myu said his prayers for the upcoming competition, with devotion that may he be guided to give his everything and be triumph on what he prepared for.

As the day passed, on the upcoming match of Myu he felt an overpowering confidence that he would not lose to anyone. He took his meal, he was very full and full stomach sets the mood.

Myu won the first round and the next round and next round. In every game he won, he eats because the energy from the food built his pure confidence at the game field. He was undefeatable and Finals was fast approaching for him.

There were 32 participants but now there are only 4 guys remaining. Semi-finals was up and again, Myu doesn’t feel any kind of uneasiness towards winning, he was very confident he will go to the Finals.

“I prepared fully and gave my all for this, what would be the reason that I might lose? Such are none” Myu whispering in his own mind.

As he won a terrific battle on the Semi-finals, “GGWP, GL FURTHER” was called "meaning it was a good game that both parties played well and have good luck in the next battle. Myu went out right after the outcome while waiting for the other contenders who were fighting at the moment. Relaxing his cognizance, Myu was grateful for his win and he asked for guidance silently at the corner as he was about to go to the Finals.

The Finals was waited by everyone, including the ex-participants and the spectators. It was very intimidating for the players, as well as the non-players present in the event that the crowd was in glorified behavior, everyone was yelling and shouting, some even cheered for Myu but he was much focused into the game rather than thanking his supporters.

The outcome of the other fight was settled, a loss and a win. Myu was intrigued by the fact that the battle was so close that one wrong move could result to a scary situation.

“What a battle! But a fight will always have an outcome, when someone losses, someone wins, what life it is” sentimentally he said.

Now that his turn was up, the organizer made sure that both are in condition to play the game and are comfortable in their respective game area. They were given 10 minutes to review or replay their previous games to prepare for their strategy and gameplay and made the crowd observe silence for a while.

The game started very late due to the fact that Myu’s enemy left the event stadium for a quick cigarette. The game started at dawn, yet the hype was still on. In the early stage of the game, it was not easy for Myu even though his enemy was drunk. After countless clashes, he won.

Myu was crowned victorious at the time of 5:40am in the morning. Winners are called with a specific nickname, and by the said outcome, he was called the champion.
