Alone With Myself

Alone With Myself

A Poem by Gabby Nieves

I wish I could suffer in silence
Studying the blank stares of those around me
I wonder if I'm alone here
Watching helplessly as the days pass and blur together
Like the pages of a never-ending book
The cuts finish healing
And the bags under my eyes begin to fade
It's true, nobody notices until you're gone
No matter how loud you scream
So what will become of me?
Of all of this
When my mind is just a cloud
And my body broken sticks

Thank you, and you b-blessed too c:
what can we say? its a crawl world after all!
I like this so much. the way you describe your reality allows me to feel what you felt not only as a reader but as a human too. It's frustrating !
Either way keep up the good work
Well done

you're not alone, what confuses me is why we don't interact more, create more, talk more...great read.
