Outside Of Our Window

ERIC again <3

My love envelops my form as a blanket or a great sun.
His rays heat my skin, penetrating into my heart and soul.
The light, now in my heart, illuminates the center,
cleansing all of the past hurts and hardships.

The beauty travels toward my soul, validating what I feel.
Every question is answered, and well.
My fears?
Wiped away, leaving no hint of my old anxiety.


I lie in his arms and listen for the melody
of singers to sing our love song outside of our window.
I hear different voices blending perfectly into a
harmonic expression of absolute understanding and peace.
